Determining a Membership

The membership ends

  • with the demise or in case of a juridical person with the loss of incorporation.
  • with a voluntary notice of resignation
  • through the cancelation of the membership by the management because of other important reasons. This coud be e.g. the behaviour of a member, disrupting the teamwork of the society members or damaging the reputation of the society. This cancelation have to be decided in a management meeting called for this reason with a minimum of three-fourths of the management members present. The cancelation needs three-fourths of the votes of the present management members to be in effect. A reference to the arbitral court in this decision is impossible.
